for some reason we in the united states seem to be faced with a lot of bills and measures and actions that are designed and put forth to erode our constitutionally defined and guaranteed civil liberties. one particularly pernicious piece of legislation that is being slipped through congress is the “”anti-rave bill””. it’s a piece of legislation that could penalize club owners and promoters for allowing drug parephenalia to be sold at or used at events on their premises. ‘drug parephenalia’ that would include glow-sticks and pacifiers…i urge everyone to support the american civil liberties union(the aclu),in an attempt to block legislation and actions such as the aforementioned that are so patently un-constitutional.
