you know, i write a lot of frivolous updates.
this update is not frivolous. in fact it could help you out if you find yourself in a bad situation.

i was given a piece of self-defense advise once and i’d like to share it with you. a friend of mine was taking martial-arts classes with a very tough and very accomplished martial-arts teacher. after a few years of classes my friend asked his teacher what he should do if he were ever to be attacked.
my friend expected the teacher to say something like ‘break his back with your pinkie’, but instead the teacher said one simple thing:
kick your attacker in the shins.

please keep this in mind if ever you’re being attacked. the shins are the one part of the body that can’t be defended, and if you’ve ever been kicked in the shins you know how incapacitating it can be.
so keep that in mind, please.
if ever you’re attacked just kick your attacker in the shins. there are lots of other great self-defense tricks, but i don’t know what they are. i do know that kicking someone in the shins will certainly help you to get away from them.
