a letter i sent to some friends.
“as an aside, do you guys know the story of chilean sea bass?
it’s actually not chilean, nor is it bass.
it’s original name is ‘patagonian toothfish’.
but some people realized that the market for ‘patagonian toothfish’ is
pretty limited so they renamed it ‘chilean sea bass’.
and the rest is history.
i like that story.
someone should rename ‘crotch’.
