thing 2 – this thursday at 7pm i’m having my first ever gallery show of the drawings i’ve done. there are around 16 drawings. they are all simple and naive and fairly austere, as i kind of like things that are simple, naive and austere.
the gallery show is in london, and when / if the drawings are sold the money will go to charity (probably the humane society). info is here:

thing 4-i’m performing tonight, tuesday, at the royal festival hall. tickets sold out a while ago, unfortunately. well, fortunately for me. less fortunately for anyone who might have wanted to come to the show but couldn’t get tickets.
it’s the first live show of the tour and i’m nervous. well, hopefully it’ll be good. it’s about 2/3rds older songs and 1/3rd songs from the ‘wait for me’. and there are 9 people in the band, including a string section.
