ok, sorry, but i just got back from a brief trip to the desert and now i'm headed
to toronto and i see that sarah palin lied her way through her rnc speech.
what the hell is it with republicans and their complete ease and comfort with
lying?
do they not think they'll be found out?
this is how sarah palin chooses to present herself to the world, by lying?
the day after her speech abc ran a fact check on her speech and found that she knowingly
lied/misrepresented the truth 5 different times in one speech.
i'd love to stop writing about politics, but how do you just sit back quietly while
the opposition party openly lies about your chosen candidate?
why aren't republicans comfortable running a campaign on issues and positions?
why do they feel the need to blatantly lie and misrepresent the truth?
ugh, disgusting.
ok, off to nice, sane canada.

i check factcheck.org almost daily to see what new bs politicians are spewing. they are as non-biased as possible so it's a great source. it disgusts me how often and how wrong republicans have been with so many facts. don't get me wrong, democrats are on there too, but you can see how often the republicans misrepresent the truth.
I dunno about that
Up here in Canada we're gearing up for our OWN election. There's not really much choice. :-/
I suppose we have healthcare though. :)
When..??
I choose to live and act in the post-political era we are achieving.
If the media actually stopped being manipulated and less like gossip and more like news.
Anyway we can still act post-political having as basis the inner revolution of self-determination and action.
What to do? We all have power over the media, the rich part of this polarized world has access computers and a say, as the writer of this journal does, he wrote and now all over the globe people have tuned, choosing not to only accept and believe what one source says but investigating in search of truth, we just need more amplification of what we think.
