so apparently the yahoo music set we shot for yahoo is available on yahoo music.

so apparently the yahoo music set we shot for yahoo is available on yahoo music.
i'm assuming that this means that if you go to yahoo music you can see the show that we
taped for them. it was fun. i haven't seen it(even though i was there, performing), but my friends say it's
good.
but, as we all know, we can never trust our friends.
or can we?
discuss.
in other news: in addition to dj'ing this sunday at nublu with sylvia and her band i'm also
dj'ing with juan(as in 'the')mclean on june 26th here in nyc.
and then lots of other things, dj'ing and live.
but the juan mclean dj set here in nyc should be fun.
i like dj'ing when i can easily walk home afterwards.
ok, see you soon.
moby

the show was great!!

ok, moby, you can trust your friends, i saw it and i liked, it was so much fun! specially i liked "honey" and "that's when i reach for my revolver" performances, and your greeting in spanish! "bien y tú?" ^^. i hope you'll come to spain soon!

sally.

trusting friends, DJ'ing close to home

Hmmm, I guess in your position it may indeed be difficult to trust your friends' opinions because I'm sure no one wants to come off rude or hurt your feelings if they may not care for one thing as much as they care for your work elsewhere. You seem very passionate about your work, who wants to piss on that kind of enthusiasm? I know I don't need to tell you that artistically speaking, you please yourself first and then enjoy that you have friends who are so supportive and love your work. And if we aren't trying to please our friends with our art, whom are we trying to please? Our enemies? Btw, I bet your love of DJ'ing close to home has something to do also with your love of beer. Or do you not imbibe intoxicants while working like so many other of your DJ peers?

Obama flip flops on funding

I identify myself as a democrat. I agree with the party 75% of the time. It gets me though how you, Moby, assaulted Hillary a couple months ago because she could no longer win the race. You attack John McCain based on innuendo about things which he supposedly said 16 years ago, yet you say nothing about Obama flip floping by going with solely private campaign funding (since it benefits him). Nothing about his lack of experience, (which is the main reason I supported Hillary, and am considering voting McCain or writing in Hillary).

This race has really sickend me. Its shown me just how crappy the Democratic party is, (Not that the alternative is any better).

Can we just have an honest look at politics and call a spade a spade. Stop pretending that Obama says everything perfect (his whole, its not the white persons fault there racists speech didn't impress me, nor his sitting and listening to that preacher for 20 years, but supposedly not knowing what he stood for... Give me a break... Either your judgement SUCKS, or your lieing through your teeth)

Hillary had the best ideas, the experience, and the track record to make a difference. Its a shame that Obama supporters can't see thats WHY we supported her... and may actually vote for a respectable Republican like McCain this time around.

friends will be friends

If we couldn’t trust our friends, we couldn’t trust anybody. That would be a sad world ...
The show is very good:)
Best regards

and as for the whole friends

and as for the whole friends thing, well, that's what Mrs Eleanor always says in Jane Austin's 'Emma' and she's a debateable character so hey ho

helping out a fan

Now this isn't really a reply so I don't know whether you'll read this or what but hey, it's worth a try. My brother is an actor on the west-end in London and his show got a few crappy reviews and now they're having to close. The thing is Mobs is that you'd love it, it's called 'Dickens unplugged' and it's basically all the dickens stories condensed into rather whitty little songs etc. It did really well at the Edinburgh Festival and what not. Now I thought you could help out a fan and go see it as your 'status' or whatever the hell they call it nowadays would be great publicity. Don't get the wrong idea; they're not desperate it's just that my brother doesn't want to end up 'cleaning window'- although I find that rather appealing myself- and I don't want his dejected attitude hanging over me. It's an awesome show too, really funny and it's written by a bald American guy with glasses so I thought maybe you could relate and get a bit of British culture in too. In the words of the beloved Holden Caulfield (a fellow rejector of modern consumerism and material excess) 'Be a prince'. And if this lovely bit of prose hasn't convinced you to go see 'Dickens Unplugged' (That's 'Dickens Unplugged') then I'll just take the oppertunity to say, loved the dancing on 'never mind the buzzcocks'. Be a prince Mobs old buddy old pal; Do it for Charlie Dickens and his ever-lingering memory.

friends

I think friends can be trusted.. only 1 out of 10 times. In this case friends are right, the yahoo show is very good.
On another note.. doesn't "Last Night" have a brighter mood than "Hotel"?

friends...

friends = trusted. that's why they are friends.
"last night" vs. "hotel"? - that depends on the company.
